In this blog we will try to understand how to handle employee hierarchy and we will also learn about how to implement Row Level Security. Let us first understand what is employee hierarchy or organization hierarchy.  The level of hierarchy can be 3 or 4 or 5 etc. depending on the employee strength and company policy.
